Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of users when using the shopping mall provided by ( “conceptk” ).

Article 2 (Definition)

① Shopping mall refers to a virtual place of business set up to trade goods or services using computers and other information and communication facilities in order to provide goods or services to users. It also refers to a business operator that operates a shopping mall. I use it.

② User refers to members and non-members who access the shopping mall and receive services.

③ A member refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the shopping mall, who continuously receives information from the shopping mall and can use the service.

④ Non-member refers to a person who uses the services provided by the shopping mall without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Specification and revision of terms and conditions)

① (“conceptk ) so that users can know the contents of these terms and conditions, company name, business location, representative's name, business registration number, contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail address, etc.) It is posted on the initial service screen (front) of the shopping mall.

② The shopping mall may revise these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc., and the Consumer Protection Act. There is.

③ If the shopping mall revises the terms and conditions, the application date and reason for revision will be specified and announced on the mall's initial screen along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days prior to the application date to the day before the application date.

④ When the shopping mall revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions apply only to contracts concluded after the date of application, and the terms and conditions before revision remain applicable to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if the user fails to express consent to the changed terms and conditions within a reasonable period of time, he or she is deemed to be subject to the changed terms and conditions. Even if notification is not possible, the revised terms and conditions apply.

⑤ Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Guidelines established by the government and related laws or commercial practices.

Article 4 (Provision and change of services)

① The shopping mall performs the following tasks.

A. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contract

B. Delivery of goods or services for which a purchase contract has been concluded

② In the event that a product is sold out or technical specifications are changed, the shopping mall may change the contents of the product and service to be provided under a contract to be concluded in the future. In this case, the contents of the changed goods and services and the date of provision are specified, and the contents of the current goods and services are posted, starting 7 days prior to the date of provision.

③ If the contents of the service contracted with the user are changed due to reasons such as out of stock of the product or change in technical specifications, the shopping mall will compensate the user for any damage suffered as a result. However, this does not apply if there is no intention or negligence on the part of the shopping mall.

Article 5 (Service interruption)

① The shopping mall may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, breakdown, or interruption of communication of information and communication equipment such as computers.

② In the case of service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 1, users will be notified in the manner stipulated in Article 8 of the shopping mall terms and conditions.

③ The shopping mall compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons set forth in paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if there is no intention or negligence on the part of the shopping mall.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

① The user registers as a member by filling out the membership information according to the registration form set by the shopping mall and then expressing his/her intention to agree to these terms and conditions, and is automatically granted membership to the shopping mall, which is an affiliated site.

② The shopping mall may refuse registration as a shopping mall member if any of the following applies.

A. If the applicant for membership has previously lost membership pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions,         However, an exception is made if 3 years have passed since the loss of membership under Article 7, Paragraph 3 and the shopping mall has obtained approval for membership re-registration.

B. If the registration details contain false information, omissions, or errors

③ The time of establishment of the membership contract is when approval reaches the member.

④ Members can receive this shopping mall and its various events, and if they do not wish to do so, they can withdraw through this shopping mall.

⑤ If there is a change in the registration information pursuant to Article 15, Paragraph 1, the member must immediately notify the shopping mall of the change in person or by e-mail or other means.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of membership, loss of qualification, etc.)

① Members may request withdrawal from the shopping mall at any time, and the shopping mall will immediately process membership withdrawal.

② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the shopping mall may restrict or suspend membership.

i. If false information is registered when applying for membership

ii. If Article 6, Paragraph ② applies at the time of registration

iii. If the debt borne by the member in relation to the payment for goods and services purchased using the shopping mall or other uses is not paid on the due date

iv. In case of threatening the order of electronic transactions, such as interfering with other people's use or stealing the information

v. When using the shopping mall to commit an act prohibited by the law or these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals

③ After restricting and suspending membership, if the same act is repeated more than twice or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days, membership may be revoked.

④ If the shopping mall revokes your membership, your membership registration will be cancelled. In this case, the member will be notified of this and given an opportunity to explain before cancellation of membership registration.

Article 8 (Notice to Members)

① When notifying a member, it can be done using the e-mail address submitted by the member to the shopping mall.

② In the case of notification to an unspecified number of members, individual notification can be replaced by posting on the notice board and bulletin board for more than one week.

Article 9 (Purchase Application)

Shopping mall users apply for purchase using the following method.

A. Enter your name, address, phone number, and email address

B. Selection of goods or services

C. Selection of payment method

D. Final decision after confirmation of purchase details (e.g. “Order complete” mouse click)

Article 10 (Establishment of Contract)

① Purchase requests as stated in Article 9 will be accepted unless any of the following applies.

A. If the application contains false information, omissions, or errors

B. When a minor purchases goods or services prohibited by the Youth Protection Act, such as cigarettes or alcohol.

C. If it is judged that approving other purchase requests would result in significant technical difficulties

② The contract is deemed to have been established at the point when approval reaches the user in the form of a receipt confirmation notice under Article 12, Paragraph 1.

Article 11 (Payment Method)

Payment for goods or services purchased from a shopping mall can be made using one of the following methods.

A. Account transfer

B. Credit card payment

C. Online bank transfer

D. Points paid at the shopping mall or payment by e-cash, etc.

Article 12 (Receipt confirmation notification & change or cancellation of purchase application)

① If there is a purchase request from the user, the user will be notified of receipt.

② If there is a discrepancy in the expression of intent, the user who has received the receipt confirmation notice may request a change or cancellation of the purchase request immediately after receiving the receipt confirmation notice.

③ If there is a request to change or cancel the purchase request from the user before delivery, the request will be processed without delay.

Article 13 (Delivery)

For the goods purchased by the user, the delivery method, delivery cost holder by method, delivery period by method, etc. are specified.

Article 14 (Refund, Return and Exchange)

① If the goods or services that the user has applied for purchase cannot be delivered or the services provided due to reasons such as out of stock, the reason is notified to the user without delay, and payment for the goods or services is received in advance. In other cases, contract cancellation and refund procedures will be taken within 3 business days from the date of receipt of payment. Otherwise, contract cancellation and refund procedures will be taken within 3 business days from the date of occurrence of the reason.

② In the following cases, even if the goods have been delivered, refunds, returns and exchanges will be made immediately upon the user's request within the next business day after the goods are returned. However, the request period is within 20 days from the date of delivery.

A. If the delivered goods are different from the order details or the information provided by the shopping mall

B. If the delivered goods are broken, damaged or contaminated

C. If the product is delivered later than the delivery period indicated in the advertisement

D. If the user's subscription is made without indicating the information to be displayed in the advertisement pursuant to Article 18 of the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc.

However, if the contents of the goods, etc. are implemented differently from the contents of the display, advertisement, or contract, the subscription must be made within 3 months from the date of supply of the goods, and 30 days from the date of knowledge of the fact or the date when the fact could have been known. Article 15 (Personal Information Protection)

① When collecting user information, we collect the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract. The following items are required and the other items are optional.

F. When providing the minimum amount of information to a third party performing our company’s post-complaint handling and customer service operations

④ In cases where user consent is required pursuant to paragraphs 2 and 3, the identity of the person in charge of personal information management (affiliation, name, phone number and other contact information), purpose of collection and use of information, and third party information Matters stipulated in Article 16 (3) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc., such as matters related to the provision of information (recipient of information, purpose of provision, and contents of information to be provided) must be specified or notified in advance, and the user may withdraw this consent at any time. ⑤ Users may request to view and correct errors in their personal information at any time, and the shopping mall has the obligation to take necessary measures without delay. If the user requests correction of an error, the personal information will not be used until the error is corrected.

⑥ In order to protect personal information, we limit the number of administrators to a minimum and take full responsibility for any damages suffered by users due to loss, theft, leakage, alteration, etc. of personal information of users, including credit cards, bank accounts, etc. .

⑦ The shopping mall or a third party who has received personal information from it will destroy the personal information without delay when the purpose of collection or provision of the personal information has been achieved. However, personal information related to the use of points and e-cash paid at the shopping mall will be destroyed when all related accounting processing is completed.

Article 16 (Obligations of shopping malls)

①  The shopping mall shall not engage in any acts prohibited by the law or these Terms and Conditions or against public order and morals, and shall do its best to continuously and stably provide goods and services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

②  A security system must be in place to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can use Internet services safely.

③  If a user incurs damage due to unfair labeling and advertising of a product or service as prescribed in Article 3 of the Act on Fairness of Labeling and Advertising, the user is responsible for compensating for the damages.

④  We do not send advertising emails for commercial purposes that users do not want.

Article 17 (Obligations regarding member ID and password)

①  Except in the case of Article 15, members are responsible for managing their ID and password.

②  Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.

③  If a member becomes aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, they must immediately notify the shopping mall and follow any instructions provided.

Article 18 (User Obligations)

Users must not do the following:

A. Registration of false information when applying or changing

B. Changes to information posted on the shopping mall

D. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of shopping malls or other third parties

E. Actions that damage the reputation of the shopping mall or other third parties or interfere with their business

Article 19 (Relationship between connected mall and connected mall)

①  If the upper mall and the lower mall are connected by a hyperlink (e.g., the subject of a hyperlink includes text, pictures, and moving images), the former is called the connecting mall (website), and the latter is called the connected mall (website). I do.

②  If the connected mall's site specifies that the connected mall is not responsible for transactions with users for goods and services independently provided by the connected mall, the connected mall is not responsible for the transaction.

Article 20 (Attribution of copyright and restrictions on use)

①  Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the shopping mall belong to the shopping mall.

②  Users must not use the information obtained by using the shopping mall for commercial purposes or allow a third party to use the information obtained by using the shopping mall by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without prior consent.

Article 21 (Dispute Resolution)

①  We establish and operate a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and compensate for the damage.

②  Complaints and opinions submitted by users will be handled with priority. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the user will be notified immediately of the reason and processing schedule.

③  Disputes that arise between users may be subject to mediation by the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee established pursuant to Article 28 of the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce and Article 15 of the Enforcement Decree.

Article 22 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

①  Lawsuits regarding electronic transaction disputes that arise between users shall be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

②  Korean law applies to electronic transaction lawsuits filed between users.

Article 23 e-cash, expiration and transfer of accumulated points)

①  If a customer withdraws membership, all  e-cash  points will be forfeited and will not be re-deposited.

② e-cash Savings cannot be transferred to others.
